Recommended Mental Health & Wellbeing Resources

Justin Hendriks (Psychologist)

Experienced in veteran and serving ADF member therapy and is highly recommended; whether for an early intervention counselling session (remember; all the research says the earlier you seek help, the better your outcome) or for deeper therapeutic needs.

Group Emotional and Relationship Skills (GEARS)

Developed from his STAIR program, GEARS was written by ex-Army Psychiatrist Dr Jon Lane. This is delivered over 12 weeks in consecutive 2-hour sessions. Cannot recommend this highly enough; and just look at the handsome DEVIL on their paraphernalia!(Founder’s note: I don’t work there anymore)
